What if a guest trashed the place?

I'm your eyes and ears. If I arrive to excessive mess, damage, or signs of smoking, I take photos and contact you immediately before starting work, so you can file a claim with Airbnb or VRBO.

Can I book you ahead for recurring turnovers?

Yes. Send me your week’s check-out and check-in schedule and I’ll reserve your turnover times in advance, so your dates are locked in before the next guest books.
