Common questions
Do you provide the detergent?
I use your detergent and machines, so there's never a surprise reaction between a new product and your fabrics. Please keep your laundry detergent stocked — I'd much rather use what your clothes already know than risk fading or a reaction with something of mine.
How much laundry can you do?
Wash and dry cycles take time, so I typically finish 1-2 loads during a standard visit. I start the laundry the moment I arrive so it's done before I leave.
Do you iron clothes?
My service covers washing, drying, and folding. I don't offer ironing — it's very time-consuming and needs specialized equipment.
