How Much Does House Cleaning Cost in Charlotte? (2026 Prices)

In Charlotte, a standard house cleaning with me runs $100 for a studio or one-bedroom, $120 for a two-bedroom, $150 for a three-bedroom, and $180 for a four-bedroom — per visit, flat rate. A deeper first-time clean or a move-out clean costs more because it resets the whole home. I quote everything upfront, so the number you see is the number you pay.

My standard cleaning prices

Standard cleaning is my recurring “keep it fresh” service — the visit that resets a home already in decent shape. Here is exactly what it costs, per visit:

  • Studio / 1 bedroom: $100
  • 2 bedroom: $120
  • 3 bedroom: $150
  • 4 bedroom: $180

Every clean includes two full bathrooms. If your home has more, it is a flat $15 per extra full bath. Homes with five or more bedrooms get a custom quote — just reach out and I will put real numbers together. You can see all of this on my pricing page, or get an instant number with the quote calculator.

What actually changes the price

Four things move the number, and none of them are a mystery.

Home size

More bedrooms and bathrooms mean more square footage and more time on my feet. That is the biggest single factor, which is why the tiers above are built around bedroom count.

First-time vs recurring

A first visit almost always takes longer than the visits that follow, because I am catching up on everything at once. My standard clean is the maintenance price; the first-time clean below is the catch-up price.

Move-out cleaning

Empty homes get scrutinized by landlords, buyers, and property managers, so a move-out clean is the most thorough tier I offer.

Add-ons and bathrooms

Optional extras and additional full bathrooms only add to the price if you actually need them. Nothing gets tacked on without you choosing it.

First-time and move-out pricing

The first-time clean is a deeper reset that adds baseboards, inside the oven, and kitchen degreasing on top of a standard clean. By the same size tiers it runs $130 / $155 / $190 / $240.

A move-out clean is my most detailed service, priced $180 / $230 / $280 / $350 by size. It is built for the day a home has to look empty and spotless for the next person.

Add-ons and extras

  • Inside fridge — $30
  • Inside oven — $25
  • Laundry & fold — $15
  • Pet-hair treatment — $20
  • Porch / patio — $10
  • Extra full bathroom — $15 each

If a room needs extra attention, my kitchen and bathroom add-ons cover the deep detail on top of the regular clean.

How recurring saves you money

Because a home I visit regularly never falls too far behind, I can pass the savings back to you. On standard cleaning I take 15% off weekly, 10% off bi-weekly, and 5% off monthly visits. Weekly is the best value per visit, and bi-weekly is where most Charlotte families settle.

One honest note: I am a solo, owner-operated cleaner, so the same person — me — shows up every single time. That is part of what keeps the pricing simple and the result consistent, visit after visit.

No hidden fees, ever

The prices above are the whole story. I do not add travel fees, booking fees, or “supply” charges — I bring my own eco-friendly, kid- and pet-safe products, and that is already built into the rate. Because I am bonded, insured, and background-checked, you are covered without any surcharge for it. The only things that move your total are the ones you choose: home size, first-time versus recurring, a move-out, extra bathrooms, or an add-on. I also photograph every clean before and after and flag any pre-existing damage before I start, so there is never a mystery line item after the fact.

Where I clean and how to get your exact price

I serve Charlotte and the surrounding metro — Ballantyne, Waxhaw, Indian Trail, Monroe, Cornelius, Huntersville, Stallings, and Wesley Chapel — plus Fort Mill and Rock Hill just over in South Carolina. You can confirm your town on my areas I serve page. When you are ready, the fastest route to a real number is the instant quote calculator: pick your home size, add any extras, and you will see the flat rate before you book. Frequently asked questions

How much does a standard house cleaning cost in Charlotte?

My standard cleaning is $100 for a studio or one-bedroom, $120 for a two-bedroom, $150 for a three-bedroom, and $180 for a four-bedroom, per visit. Two full bathrooms are included.

Do you charge a flat rate or by the hour?

Flat rate, quoted upfront. You will know the full price before I start, with no hourly surprises at the end.

Why does the first clean cost more than the recurring price?

The first visit is a deeper reset that adds baseboards, inside the oven, and kitchen degreasing, so it takes longer than the maintenance visits that follow.

Can I get a price for a home with five or more bedrooms?

Yes. Larger homes get a custom quote, so contact me with the details and I will put together real numbers for your place.
