Close 2 Clean is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Anastasiia Serzhantova (“I,” “me,” “my,” or the “Company”). I provide residential home cleaning services to customers throughout the Charlotte, North Carolina metro area and operate the website located at close2clean.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect when you visit the Site, request a quote, use my online price calculator, or otherwise communicate with me; how I use and share that information; and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Site or providing information to me, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site, including my contact and quote request form, my instant price calculator, and any related email, phone, or text message communications between you and me. It does not apply to information collected offline outside the context of this Site, except where I specifically reference offline collection (for example, information you provide to me by phone or during an in-home visit). It also does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that may be linked from the Site, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

My Site and price calculator do not require you to create an account, and I do not collect payment card or bank account information through the Site. Payment for services is arranged and handled offline, directly between you and me (for example, by Zelle or cash), and is not processed or stored through the Site.

I do not use text messaging for unsolicited marketing without your separate consent.

Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled services and interactions with me.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message I send you. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal that lets you indicate your preference not to be tracked across websites. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how businesses should respond to DNT signals. The Site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals, and I may continue to collect and use information about your Site activity as described in this Privacy Policy even if a DNT signal is enabled in your browser.

I provide services solely within the Charlotte, North Carolina metro area, and the Site is intended for use by individuals located in the United States. Any information you provide to me is collected, stored, and processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws; by using the Site, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country of residence.
