What makes Move-In/Out different?
A standard clean has to work around your furniture. A move-in/move-out clean assumes the home is completely empty, so I can reach the spots that are normally blocked:

Common questions
Does the house need to be empty?
For a true move-in/move-out clean, the home should be completely empty of furniture and personal items. If furniture is still in place I can absolutely clean, but I may not be able to reach inside every cabinet or along carpet edges.
Do the utilities need to be on?
Yes, absolutely. I can't clean without running water and electricity for my vacuum. Please make sure utilities are active on the day of service so I don't have to reschedule.
Will this help me get my security deposit back?
My checklist is built to meet the cleaning terms in most lease agreements and to pass strict property-management inspections. I can't control deductions for physical damage — holes in walls, carpet stains — but the cleaning itself will be inspection-ready.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Yes. Unlike a standard visit, the move-in/move-out package includes cleaning inside the oven and the empty refrigerator and freezer — it's a complete reset of the home.
